foreign demand caused another sharp
advance In rye futures today, with
sains reaching well over 2 cents a
bushel at times. Wheal alo advanced
slightly after an early setback, but corn
and oats were off most of the session.
There were reports of foreign inquiry
for domestic rye, on the heels of word
that Belgium had purchased about
000,000 bushels of Canadian rye yester
day, Wheat closed unchanged to He higher
than the previous finish. September
