listed men, are invited to join
tliis group and enjoy its weekly
meetings which nro held at the
USO on Thursday nights.

ly married In a ceremony In the Reno Baptist church. Mrs.
Homm Is the former Alyce Dickenson, daughter of Mrs, Fan
nie M. Choyne of Merrill road, and Sgt, Hamm Is the son of
Mr, and Mrs. W. R. Hamm of Washington, D. C. The couple
was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Herman Turnbaugh of Tule-
lake. bat. Hamm has served overseas with the marine corps
and is now stationed at Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, Calif.

Fremont, at a lawn supper and party Monday night, July 16,
in honor of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Wright of 2034 Fremont, who
will leave this week lor Los Angeles.
Mr. Wright has been manager of the Sears Roebuck farm
store and has accepted a promotion in the southern city.
Going away gifts were presented to Mr. and Mrs. Wright
and during the evening bridge, ping pong and other outdoor
and Indoor games were enjoyed.

For Medford Home
Friends this week said goodbyes to Mr. and Mrs. Keva
Hutchinson and daughter Shirley who left on Thursday to make
their homo in Medford. He has been employed here by Copco
for many years nnd during their stay here tho Hutchinsons have
lived at 1025 N. 7th.
Mrs. Hutchinson was honored at a luncheon and handkerchief
shower by Mrs. Henry Gerber at her home nt 329 High last

in tall candelabra, Imogene V. Rowan, eldest daughter of Mrs.
Mabel Rowan, became the bride on Saturday evening, July 14,
of Pvt. Eugene V. Smith, Company C, U. S. army, Camp Tule
lake. The ring service was read in the Tulelake Community
Presbyterian church at 8 o'clock by the Rev. Hugh L. Bronson
in the presence ol relatives and friends ol the young couple.

A VISITOR IN KLAMATH FALLS is Mrs. W. H. Lewis of
Garv. Ind.. who is here with her dauaher-in-law, Mrs. Freder
ick G. Lewis of Fremont street. Mrs. Lewis is the mother of
CaDt. Frederick C. Lewis, former post quartermaster at the
Marine Barracks, who is now serving overseas. She has four
other sons in the service, two ot them overseas, sne plans to
remain here until September.

trip the young couple will be
at home on "A" street in Tule
lake. The bride Is employed In' a
secretarial capacity at the Tule
lake headquarters of the fish
and wildlife service. The groom
