ship of Molotov, the program
consisted of .statements by rep

American and European nations,
"All indicated a desire and ex
pressed the necessity for forming
a security organization. They ap
peared ready to accept the basic
principles laid down at Dumbar
ton Oaks.
"The most eloquent speech
was made by the prime minister
of Syria who stressed Idealism
above the realism of the other
