April 30 to May S, and Shasta,
May 5 to 12. It is asked that the
units deliver their cookies to the
USO on Wednesday or Friday, if
possible. Mrs. Frank Peyton or
Mrs. John Selby may be contact
ed for further information.
Mrs. Henry Gerber presented
the selections of the nominating
committee for new officers: Pres.
ident, Mrs. Ivan Crumpacker:
vice president, Mrs. W. E. Ouytrj
secretary, Mrs. W. S. Metier;
treasurer, Mrs. Ellis G. Mathews
and all were unanimously elect
ed. Installation of officers will
be held at the next regular meet
ing April 2.

near home, thus lowering its cost
and enabling many more to re
ceive its benefits.
Gralapp alfo said passage of
house bills 121-2 and 3 is of
great concern to the future of
education in Oregon and the
County Council of PTA is recom
mending passage of these im
portant bills.
