Following are the people who voluntarily are taking care of all the de
tails of organization that are necessary to be sure that the salvaged ma
terials get to reclaiming plants immediately after you turn them in.
They are doing their part it's up to you, individually, to SAVE the tin,
paper and fat and then to TURN IT IN! v
The Klamath County Salvage Committee is not interested in WHAT
agency you turn your salvage to, but only that you DO turn it in to the
channels that will take it to the battle fronts as vital war material.
You may phone the Boy Scouts, Junior C h a m b e r of Commerce or
Sessler Bros, for pickup service for tin, paper or fats at any time. You
may leave any salvage at any salvage depot at any time. You may
donate your salvage or sell it. Butcher shops buy fats. The Scouts,
Junior Chamber of Commerce and Sessler's buy paper and fats.
All proceeds from donated salvage will go to the Scouts, Jaycees and
the County salvage fund.
