Land prices in Oregon are
now at about the same level as
the World War I land boom
peak, according to a discussion
of the trend in land values con
tained in the current issue of
the Agricultural Situation and
Outlook issued by tho OSC ex
tension service. The Oregon in
dex stands at about 163 per cent
of the 1035-1938 level. The in
dex was 91 at the bottom of tho
"bust" in 1930-1934, the report
shows.
