SALEM, Dec. 8 (P) Oregon
would hive $45,000,000 year
to spend during the first three
postwar years under the terms
of the postwar highway bill
passed by the U. S. house of
representatives, State Highway
Engineer R. H. Bildock said to
day after returning from the
convention in Cincinnati, O., of
the American Association of
State Highway Officials.
The senate version of the bill
would give Oregon $42,000,000.
The bill now is In conference,
where a compromise la being
worked out.
