legal wife and entanglement with

wives.
Sheriff John Bradley of Fort
Benton, Mont., arrested Logan
on1 charges of "living in open
and notorious adultery" and gave

Training Conference
For Postwar Held
In preparation for the employ
ment problems of tho post-war
period, a two-day training con
ference of the war manpower
commission was held in Klamath
Falls, November 17 and 18.
Personnel from U. S. employ
ment offices in Medford, Grants
Pass, Bend, Lakeview, Prlne
ville and Klamath Falls attended.
Hero for the conference were
Emory R. Worth, assistant state
manpower director for Oregon,
Clinton Weeks, training super
visor for the commission, Eldon
Cone and Guy Lang, district
supervisors, and Harry Cash and
Harry Robins, from the state ad
ministrative office of the war
manpower commission.
