PI A Entertains A delightful day was that of Friday, November 10, when teachers and students of the Fairhaven school entertained 58 visitors between the hours of 10 a. m. and 3 p. m. Students of the seventh grade presented a current events les son, and several Stephen Foster favorites were sung by the mixed chorus. A short PTA meeting was held, and coffee and doughnuts were nerved later by Mrs. Mel vin Gallaspy, Mrs. Orland Lynch and Mrs. Dan Holllday. Shasta PTA One of the events of an active season of the Shasta PTA was the Tuesday tea held in the school library, honoring the committee in charge ol the recent carnival, the PTA executive board and the teaching staff of Shasta school. Mrs. Ivan Crumpacker, PTA president, presided at the tea, and flowers, decorations and re freshments carried out the PTA color scheme of blue and yellow. Mrs. Crumpacker was assisted by Mrs. M. rt. Houser.
