The Russians (one guesses)
suspected that this Bulgaria

T JNT1L the Germans are licked,

Double Bill
At Armory
Friday Eve

There will' be a double main
event at tho armory this Friday
night . when Paavo Katonen
meets the "Grey Mask" and
Jack Kizer takes on "Blood and
Guts" Davidson. Paavo chal
lenged the winner of last Fri
day night's go and the vicious
hooded rassler has accepted.
Both matches will be a one
hour time limit or two out of
three falls and a coin will be
tossed to decide which bout will
precede the other. This is the
first time a double bill has been
seen here for some time and
both should be rough and tum

Paavo lost to the "mask"
recently in Salem when he was
unable to return after the first
fall as a result of some terrific

THE GOVERNMENT ANSWERS
. American farmers are doing every-'
: thing possible to build up domestic
production of fats and oils. But dur
ing the next 12 months, because of a ,
smaller hog kill and reduced yields of
some oil-seed crops, we expect, that
approximately a billion-and-a-third
pounds less of fats will be produced. '
Need Greater, Than Ever
Therefore, more than ever, salvag- .
ing used cooking fats is an important
resource on which the. country must .
continue to lean in order to tide us
over.
Saving used fats is not a glamorous
task. It takes effort. But it is one that
only you, the American housewife, can
perform for the country. We ask you
to continue the wonderful job you are
doing to help speed final Victory.
Mrs. America,
the need for saving '
used cooking fats
will be as great or
greater than ever.
For every pound of used fat, your
butcher will-give you H and two free
. red points! Keep on saving every drop.
