Movie Actor Jon Hall told the
grand jury that investigated his
battle with Band Leader Tom
my Dorsey on the balcony of the
musician's Hollywood apartment
last month that Dorsey hit him

mony was filed today with the
clerk ot the superior court. The
actor's version of the .imbroglio,
