BUENOS AIRES, July 28 (P)
Several' thousand persons,, voic
ing approval of tho govern
ment's foroign, policy with
shouts of "Argentines yes, Yan
kees no," participated fast night
in an orderly demonstration
during which a noiso bomb ex
ploded In front of tho building
occupied by the newspaper La
Naclon.
Tho crowd assembled first In
front .of tho U. S, embassy
where, as a precaution, women
employes had been sent home
eorly. The explosion, which
Injured no one but shattered a
shop window, occurred as tho
main demonstration was mov
ing toward tho foreign min
istry, several blocks away.
Numerous organizations spon
sored the demonstration, which
came 24 hours after Foreign
Minister Gen. Orlando Pcluffo
in a radio speech had said Ar
gentina would continue her
present foreign policy, criticized
officially by tho United States
as favoring ihe axis.

said travelers arriving from
Buenos Aires brought with
them copies of a manifesto cir
culated by the Argentine Fed
eration of University Students
protesting against the internal
and foreign policies of the pres
ent regime.)

to Lake o the Woods or Diamond
lake take along swimming suits.
Those resorts afford very good
swimming as well as boating and
fishing.

Search for the body of Tom
Hathaway, 17, who disappeared
yesterday while serving as a
watchman on a gasoline barge,
will be resumed in the Willam
ette river today.
Dragging of the river In the
vicinity of the Northwest Oil
company installation failed to
locate the body of the boy, who
was believed to have tumbled
from the barge into the stream.
