Common Council of the City of Klam
ath Falls. Oregon, the Citizens Cemeterv
Committee of said city will, at 4:00
o'clock p. m.. on August 7, 1944. open
sealed bids for the grading, draining,
constructing curbs and gutters, surfacing
and generally improving the streets and
driveways in Klamath Memorial Park,
said work consisting of the following

W road surfacing.
50.41 tons road oil.
350 cu. yds. oil rock.
595 lln. ft. concrete culvert and
storm sewer 12".

125 lln. ft concrete culvert and
storm sewer 18".
2 manholes.
10 catch basins.
All bids shall be addressed to the
Police Judge of City of Klamath Falls.
Oregon, and plainly marked as proposal
to construct streets In Klamath Memorial
Park, and sa'd bids shall be ooened in
the Council Chambers In the City Hall.
Plans and specifications may be had
upon application to the City Engineer,
and a cash denosit of five dollars. Said
deposit will be returned to unsuccess
ful bidders upon return of said plans.
