A professional trick riding act
has been secured as an addition
to tho regular Fourth of July
Klamath Buckaroo days rodeo
entertainment, It was. announced
this week by O. D. Matthews,
president of the rodeo associa
tion. Matthews said that ho has con
tracted with Jorry Getz and com
pany at Bremerton, Wash., for
several trick riding acts. In the
riding troupo aro Getz, two girls
and three horses.
Included In tho trick riding
show, us scheduled now, wlU.be
ono high jump, a human hurdle
Jump which consists of a table
at which two girls sit haying
tea, another Jump over a five
foot stone wall, a double jump
and the final jump through a
hoop of flames. ' There will al
so be a Roman riding exhibition
and Getz has offered to race any
other team in the event riding
the sumo day.'
Other acts in the trick riding
show will be shoulder stands,
saddle spins, neck splits, Jumps,
and various drags, climaxed with
the liberty stand, the riders car
rying two American flags,
