When tho wars nro over and
the victory Is won thero may
be a loud clamor to "send tho
boys home." If the demobiliza
tion is disorderly It may well
be a devastating shock to our
society. Millions of young men
will have to bo absorbed. Tho
problem demands our best
thinking and planning, lest
through chaotic demobilization
wo lose tho very democratic
principles for which wo fight H
Navy Secretary Frank Knox.
