TIDWELL HOLDS REV L CRUSADE HERE A Gospel revival crusade is scheduled to begin at the First Baptist, church, Eighth and Washington streets, Sunday, June 13, the pastor stated to day. The Rev. S. L. Tldwell, pas tor of the Trinity Baptist church of Vancouver, Wash., will conduct tho evangelistic campaign. Prior to coming to the Northwest three montlui ago, evangelist Tldwell was en gaged In evangelistic and mis sionary work in Texas and Now Mexico. He was prominent' in tho South wide denominational program in which he occupied important positions. Recently the Rev. Tldwell accepted a call to the newly organized church in Vancouvor and is di recting in a building program in that city. He is af (11 luted with the Coastal Area Baptist mission, which is a coast wide Baptist fellowship engaged in the evangelization of tho de fense centers of tho West.
