Oregon at 39 to 40 cents for

under and by virtue of an order
of sale duly made by the Honor
able David R. Vandenberg,
Judge of the Circuit Court of
Klamath County, Oregon, on the
11th day of February, 1943, I
will on or after the 16th day of
March, 1943, sell at private sale
to the highest bidder for cash,
at Klamath Falls, Oregon, the fol
