MERRILL Wllllo C. Martin,
48, employed for the pail year

ture of the right leg in a freak
accident Saturday afternoon
about 3 o'clock. Martin was
rushed to Klamath Valley hos
pital. Martin was working on the
second story of the feed mill
when he dipped and fell on the
revolving belt. He wa pulled
into a pulley and ranch hands,
hearing hi screams, released

Suffers Injuries
In Truck Accident
James Wissenback, head me
chanic of the Algoma Lumber
company, suffered painful Injur
ies Saturday about 4 p. m. when
a heavy truck ran over his body.
Wissenback was rendered un
conscious and rushed to Klam
ath Valley hospital where his
condition was said to be good
Monday. It Is thought ha suf
fered only severe bruises and
back Injuries, Mrs. Wissenback
said her husband would be able
to return to their home at Shady
Pine Monday evening or Tuesday.
