JUDGMENT DECREEING,
that the sum of $62.50, being
the par value of 12 H shares
of stock In The Federal Land
Bank of Spokane, pledged by
the Klamath Falls National
Farm Loan Association as ad
ditional security for the loan
made by the plaintiff herein,
be applied to the payment of
the amount secured by plain
tiff's mortgage; and that the
plaintiff have decree that
there are due and unpaid
plaintiff on said indebtedness
the following' amounts, to
wit: The sum of $767,06 with
interest from the 22nd day
of September, 1042, until the
entry of decree herein at the
rate of 8 'a per cent per an
num on $507.88 thereof, and
6 per cent per annum on
$244.66 thereof; and for the
further turn of $100.00, or
such other sum as the Court
may adjudge reasonable as
attorney's fees herein, togeth
er with plaintiff's costs and
disbursements; that the mort
gage described in plaintiff's
, complaint be foreclosed and
that the mortgaged premises

manner prescribed by the

Trading in rye was the main
market factor today and all
other grains followed its move
ments closely. Rye opened low
er, then strengthened, but short
ly before noon again sold pff as
traders took their profits when
prices again established new
seasonal highs.
. Wheat, corn and oats moved
in sympathy with rye. ' Trading
was mostly of a local character
and the pace was much less ac
tive than yesterday. -
At the close rye recovered
most of the day's losses and
other grains strengthened frac
tionally. '
. Rye finished 1c higher to 1c
lower than Monday's final levels,
May 83 to 831c; wheat was 1
to 1 cent lower, may $1,398-1,
July $1.39S; corn 1c to ic off,

at Ranch
HILLSBORO. Jan. 26 JP)
Coroner F. J. Sewell reported
today the death of Pearly-Par
kin, 61-year-old sheepman whose
snow-blanketed body was found
at his winter- ranch near Tim
ber Sunday,
Parkin apparently had been
dead three days, .Sewell said.
The body was found by rela
tives who went to the ranch for
a visit.
The Japs could have retaken
the island early in the campaign.
But they didn't know it and we
didn't intend to let-them know
