12, 13 and 14.
Officials of the office of prica
administration, disclosing thii
today, said rationing would be
gin on a nationwide basis, how
ever, as scheduled, on Nevembar
it.
The original registration date
were November 9, 10 and 11. On
the new dates all car owners out-
side of the east, where gasoline
rationing Is. already In effect,
will go to school houses to file
application and get. their "A"
ration coupons. Person who feel
entitled to additional gasoline
will then apply to local ration
board for supplemental allot
ments. "

Tongue Point
Naval Air Station
To Be Expanded

The Tongue Point naval air sta
tion will be expended In a $5.
500,000 program to enable land
based fighters, interceptors and
bombers to use the. Oregon base.

Secretary Knox had' approved
the expenditure.

bases at Astoria and North
