In determining the high bid, the
ra.te for Douglas-fir only will be

cost of slash disposal, for the
total cut of timber under the
terms of the agreement, will be
required. $3,630 must be de
posited with each bid, to be ap
plied on the purchase price, re
funded, or retained in part as
