Lieutenant and Mrs. Shaw are shown above immediately after they had exchanged vows at St. Paul's Episcopal church. Together at left, they are about to cut the large wedding cake decorated with a patriotic motif in red, white and blue- at the reception held for them ot-the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Francis Robert Olds, on Riverside Drive. The newlyweds left shortly after the ceremony for Salt Lake City where Lieutenant Shaw will be stationed with the army air corps.
