Jerry Cilmorc, manager of the
Safeway store, has been trans
ferred to Ashland and Ccril Sum
ner, formerly of Chiloquin, has
been sent to Merrill. Gilmorc
came here only a few months
ago from Grants Pass.
William Endicott. employed
here-and on Upper Klamath lake
for several years, left Saturday
for his home at Redding where
he will be employed.
Mr. and Mrs. John Kandra,
who for many years have lived
on their ranch five miles cast of
Merrill on the Morrlll-Malin
highway, plan to move in the
near future to Klamath Falls.
Their home hero will bo occu
pied by son Lewis and his fam
ily. Lewis Kondra sold his farm
property lying just north of the
John Kandra place to Ira Orem,
prominent farmer of tho Henley
district who In turn sold his fine
ranch recently. No consideration
on any of tho transactions was
made- public but it Js reported
that Orem plans to feed cattle
on his newly .acquired ranch.

dinner and a special program
has been arranged for entertain
ment of fathers of Fremont stu
