The above matter having come on for hearing upon the petition of Donald Robert Hawkins re questing an order decreeing change of name; and it appear ing to the court from said peti tion that said Donald Robert Hawkins was bora on the 17th of November, 1919, in Klamath County, Oregon; that his parents were divorced prior to the time of his birth- and subsequent thereto his mother married one Andrew Manning; that said Don ald Robert Hawkins has made his home with his mother and said Andrew Manning and as sumed and used the name of Manning; That he registered for the se lective service under the name of Donald Robert Manning, and now desires to enter the armed service of the United States of America and in order to do so, by reason of his having so reg istered for the selective service, it is necessary for him to obtain a decree of court changing his name to Donald Robert Manning; And it appearing that notice of hearing on said petition has been given by publication there of In The Evening Herald, a daily newspaper printed and published in Klamath county, Oregon, as shown by the affidavit of publi cation en file herein; and it fur ther appearing that notice there of was given by posting citations in three public places in Klam ath county, Oregon, as more fully appears by the affidavit of Donald Robert Hawkins on file herein; and the court being fully advised In the premises; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the name of Donald Robert Hawkins from this date hence forth be Donald Robert Manning.
