Blackout Trial Held Successful In Lake County LAKEVIEW Although Lake county's blackout last Sunday evening was declared an almost unqualified success by the local defense council and reserve po lice, a meeting was held Tues day evening to discuss problems arising from blackout conditions, according to Elzie Baglcy and Fred Reynolds, who are in charge of emergency "police ac tivities under the direction of state police and local officers.
