Fishing has been vary good
there slnco last Wednesday and
on Monduy Dr. Palmer from
Berkeley, Calif., caught a 22s
pounder that measured 38 Inch
es. It was on a trouterlno.
My thoory was based on the
fuct tho big fish are now spawn
ed out and feeding heavily. This
would naturally bring them In
to tha feeding area which Is
heavily weeded. Tha problem
therefore was to get down Into
the weeds or troll Just o v a r
them. It follows that the only
answer was a light weight wob
bler on a small plug.
1 Just checked the fishing at
Diamond by phone and was as
sured by Mr. Howard that it's
been generally good since Thurs
day. COLD LAKE is vary good and
will continue to be that way on
bait and flies. This Information
comes from Jim Snyder who
stayed them there Saturday and
Sunday.
A note to that guy who is al
ways looking for something to
do regarding fish and game
problems here's something to
really get your teeth Into.

poor that all the fun is lost on
