of the situation. Wo asked a
representative of the army, who
knew the needs of the camp,
and one from the department
of agriculture, who was ac
quainted with the supplies of
milk nil over the country, and
the coordinator of defense pur
chases to meet with us. The
group cooperatively worked out
a plan whereby surplus milk
of other areas could be diverted
to meet the needs of the area
where the particular training
camp is located. We expect that
similar plans will have to be
worked out for other communi
ties;"

has said he would not do so un

January 21, 1 043, unless the next
