Elvira Hirvi, his wife, for the
sum of $12,291.46, together with
interest thereon at the rate of
six per cent per annum from
the 1st day of February, 1940,
and for the further sum of
$1231.70, together with interest
thereon at the rate of six per
cent per annum from Novem
ber 19. 1938. and for the further
sum of $850.00, attorneys' fees,
and for the further sum of
$25.85 costs and disbursements,
