weeka later It was charged that
Finnish artillery had fired ac
ross the Russia border, killing
four Russian soldiers and wound
ing nine. The Finns denied bor
der violations and suggested a
mutual withdrawal of troops
from border areas, a proposal

non-agression pact on
November 26, severed diplo

the 30th the . Russian Invasion

Guernsey will instruct a first
old cluss for mothers, and tho
Mariners will bo in charge of a
nursery for the children while
tho mothers are taking the
course
