Look at this illustration. If graphically tells the story of the difference between Spun Bread and Ordinary Bread. In the making of Spun Bread two strands of special dough are intertwined in the pan. This intertwining or "Spinning" results in a diagonal texture that makes It extremely diffi cult for drying air to get through. Thus Spun bread keeps its delicious flavor and freshness longer than ordinary breads. I Recreation Notes News About Personalities and Events We have seen groups and groups, but about the znomt enthu hlailtIC of nil the groups wet have had a chance to meet lately were those in the Fairview and Mills schools, who are forming them selves into clubs to carry on extra curricular work. Thursday we visited the girls end boys of the !Mirth grade at Fairview. They were nit hopped up about the pos albility of carrying on a club project during the winter. (lb stades appeared as nothing U. them. Longer hours, hard work attention to detail were expected They wanted something to do and were out to do it. At Mills we saw the fifth grade girl.. and all the pupils of the third grade. They.. too, were on their toes and anxious to get in Cobb good Ochs in 441 club work. If all the pep and enthusiasm dis played by the youngsters in ail these classes could be bottled and evenly distributed about town what a peppy city Klamath Fatly would be.
