week's mark, the Western Pine
association said today.
Production totaled 81.861,000
feet, a drop of about seven mil
lion feet, and shipments reached
59.032.000 feet, a decline of 11
million feet. Production exceed
ed totals for the corresponding
week of 1936 but orders and ship
ments declined.
To date, orders were reported
9 per cent above last year.

turbed the grain trade.
At the close. corn was varying
from 2c lower to 3te higher com
pared with Thursday's finish. Sep
tember 61.121 to 61.13i. Decem
ber 62ic to 63c: wheat lc to
up, September $1.03g. December
11.012 to 81.0111. and oats fic advanced.
