Beer Parlors
Set by Board

Both city and county beer
parlors will have to close tholr
doors at 1 a. m., and refrain from
selling liquor between that hour
and 6 a. m., according to rules
and regulations made public here
late today by the state liquor
commission.
In many Instances, cities have
already taken the step toward
regulation of beer ' dispensaries,
although rural oases have been
allowed to operate without re
striction. The regulations announced to
day also prohibited sale ot beer
and wine to minors on pain ot
cancellation of state license and
subjecting ot the owner of the
offending establishment to crim
inal prosecution with prospect of
a severe fine and jtll sentence. ,
