Sept. tt (UJ5 A four-fold program tor the relief of unemployment was outlined today by Governor William H. Murray of Oeklahoma before delegates from 19 eutes attend ing a conference which met here at the governor's call. Murray said ha proposed the building ot more roads, th speeding np of all federal build ing projects, th shortening of working hours so that mora men could be used, and the employ ment ot workers to repair farm and city buildings. "I propose," tha Oklahoma governor said, "that th govern ment, county, state and federal, provide work tor th mora than 1.000.000 unemployed In this section and then sea that those who do not work do not eat." Regarding the cotton problem caused by over-production in the south, Murray said: "My plan calls for th reduc tion in Oklahoma to on third of th land now need for cotton during 1932 and 133.
