tonight and post "no Handing"
room algn.
Gives Six Iteasons
The causes ot tha Interest tn
tje card are:
1 A rivalry bout . between
Arthur "Steamboat" Jackson and
Kotneo LeMon, mlddlewelfthts,
for 10 rounds.
1 A hearywelstat bout be
tween Bob Marlele aid Orrllle
Darr, hearywels.hu. In which
beary timber" ia aura to fall.
5 A fast alx rounder between
Frankle Munroe and Jack Kirk,
two good fighters.
4 A return "settle It" matct
between Jack Ilibbard. a Weyer
haeuser youth, and Art McKillop,
a "pug" from Seattle who doesn't
like tbe way the Inexperienced
Ilibbard showed bim up in the
last bout.
6 A grudge fight between
Roy "Bones" Hood and Johnny
Copeland which was stopped when
they started to fight In Cblloquin.

Rivalry To Be Settled
There has been much rivalry
between Jackson and LeMon.
Jackson says: "1 feel confident
that 1 will win over LeMon."
and LeMon says: "I will win by
a knockout." LeMon'a manager
ia even more confident.
Jackson fana argna that Steam
boat can take all LeMon has
to give and can hit harder, and
that Romeo's legs will give away.
LeMon fans argue that Lemon
1a tough and can take all Steam
boat can give, that LeMon ia the
faster and better boxer and baa
wins over more distinguished op
ponents than Jackson.
Heaviea After Kayors
Mariels is considered faster
and a better boxer and ringman
than Darr. the slugger who keepa
berinc in and attempts to knock
out bis opponents aa early as
possible. Both are veterans and
both have many kayoes to their
credit, and each baa ahown in
Klamath before. They are the
aecond 10-round event. -
Munroe and Kirk are both
good boxers. Kirk can take con
siderable punishment for a col
ored boy and Munroe ia capable
ot inflicting enough for moat any
fighter. They fight six rounds at
135 pounds.
McKillop and Hibbard staged
a slugging match on the last card
with McKillop being awarded a
decision although many thought
be shouldn't have bad It. aa Hib
bard did the leading, and waa in
better shape at tbe end ot tbe
bout- They will go four rounds.
Names Officials
Damon Savage. Chlloquln's
former matchmaker, stopped a
fight between Roy "Bones" Hood
and Jobnny Copeland, Chiloquin,
and they were induced to flgbt
it out in the ring and get paid
for seeing who ia tbe better man
of the two. They will mix It at
Its pounds for 6 two-minute
rounds.
Jack Franey will announce the
3 -round card, Joe Blackwell will
referee and Paul Dalton and Dr.
C. V. Rngh will be Judges.
The card Is slated to open at
1:30. Tickets are on aale at tbe
Smoke. Mecca and Waldorf.
