Roycroft Junto Chapter Meets "Madame de StaeP was the name selected for the local chap ter of the Roycroft Junto at a meeting held Tuesday evening at Hotel YVillard. This famous wo man whose salons were the most brilliant Jn Europe at one time was also discussed by the mem bers. During the business meet ing. Miss Goldie Lewin was elec ed secretary for the chapter. The next meeting Is scheduled for the evening of October 6 when a discussion of "Disraeli" wlU be held. Mrs. Fenwick Club Hostess At the meeting of the St. Rita Ttrtdge club held Tuesday after noon, when Mrs. Francis Fenwick entertained at her home in St. Francis park, high score was awarded Mrs. Harry Sprague and Mrs. Collier received consolation. Mrs. Collier will preside as trot tess to the club members at this week's meeting, to be held Tues day afternoon at the home of Mrs. Dan Caldwell. GARDEN CLUB TO ELECT OFFICERS According to an announcement by Mrs. Myra Stewart, president ot the Klamath Falls Garden club, a meeting of the club Is to be held the second Monday In October at the chamber of commerce, when officers for the coming year will be elected. All members are urged to be present. Arrangements were mads for a different system of meeting, and It is believed probable that the general session ot the club will he changed from Friday until Monday afternoon. Meetings will be held once a month with pro grams by the study department, and the music department alter nating. The next meeting ot the club Is scheduled for the first Monday in October, when Mrs. Don Zumwalt will he la charge of the program, and Mrs. li. V. Bridgeford and Mrs. K. A. Geary will be In charge a. hostesses. Tea will be served at the close of the afternoon. Birthday Party For Miss Moore Mrs. E. D.
