Meanwhile a search for Smith
waa under way on tha theory
that he la still alive.
Dentuits testified that their
work on Smith did not corre
spond with that in the mouth of
the bnrned man. Doctors furnish
ed additional testimony that
Smith had suffered a fractured
skull several years ago but that
there was no Indication of a frac
ture on the skull of the body.
Mrs. Smith said that at the
time of the burial she believed
the body was that of her husband
bat ssld that the features were
not recognizable. She could ad
vance no theory where ber bus
band might be it alive.

kob prohibition proposal, has

lature as a presidential candidate.
