Kiddies' Christmas Fund Will
Bring Happiness To Children
(Continued From Page One)
This, in itself, insures the success of the fund and The
Herald's efforts on behalf of the kiddies.
And it's going to be a real boxing card at that. Mike
De Pinto of Portland and -Billy Watson of Eureka will
box 10 rounds, while Chuck Sams of Klamath Falls
and Miky Gibbons of Eureka will go 5 rounds. Ther will
be at least 2 other preliminary bouts, between fast well
matched boys. It will be the biggest card yet staged
here, and the boxers are all entering into the spirit of
the occasion by agreeing to donate ten per cent of their
purses in the name of charity.
'. .If the boys who make a living as professional boxers
are willing to make this splendid donation in the name
of humanity, surely the good people of Klamath Falls
will want to assist the movement. Those who may want
to do their part in promoting smiles and happiness on
Christmas morning in homes where Santa Glaus seldom
visits can get into communication with the Santa Claus
editor of the Evening Herald.

IRISH BOUNDARY
REPORT IS DUE
LONDON. Nov. 26. (VP) Tha
British cabinet, is expected today to
consider the question of making pub
lic the report on the Irish boundary
over the signatures of Justice Fco-
fiam, chairman of the boundary com
mission, and Joseph R. Fischer, re
presenting the Ulster government,
despite the resignation from the com
mission of Or. Eoin McNeil, the Free
Sfatfl commissioner. The belief pre
vails that the British government's
legal advisors arc confident that the
boundary report, signed by a major
ity of the coin m Is si on , would be le
gally binding, but that important -legs!
considerations are to Jic weighed.
A Dublin dispatch to tile West
minster Gazette says that if the
British government insists on n re
port by two members of the com
mission, a erdss of magnitude would
be produced. A boundary finding by
two commissioners, the dispatch
adds, "would give the forces ai revo
lution the Impetus for Which they
have been waiting for three years.
It would be exploited as an exam
ple of bad faith and douole dealing
on the part of Great Britain utid
verybody having an interest in Ihe
situation regards such an eventuality
with feelings of dread. Tho Free
State government Is quietly measur
ing Its strength and resources against
possible reactionary Influences.
CHICAGO, Nov. :!G. OP) The ro
mance of Frank Lloyd Wright, in
ternationally known architect and
Maud Myrlam Noel Wright, noted

flight to Japan 1 1 years ago, has
ended. She has filed suit for di
vorce, alleging desertion and cruel

.made.
The first desertion came In lilO'.i
when Wright eloped with Mrs, Me-
inah Borthwiil; Cheney of Oak Talk.
They took up ilielr residence at
.Spring Green, Wis., In a bungalow
which he had fitted up at a cost of
$80,000. Five years luter Mrs.
Cheney and her two children were
murdered by a crazed negro butler
and the home was burned.
During the seven years stay of
Miss Noel and Wright In Japan, he
designed the 000, 000 Imperial
hotel In Tokyo, one of the few build
ings to resist, the recent earthquake.
He also has designed noted buildings
in the United States. Under the
reported alimony stipulation it was
said Mrs. Wright ""Is to recclvo a
lump sum of 4 10,000, $250 monthly
alimony and a part of the spring
green property.
Mrs. Wright, who before the flight
to Japan expressed contempt for
"what the world might think," last
night said:
"I made a mistake, but I have
puld for it. Yet I would do It all
over again. Mine wo a greater
tragedy than Manininh Borthwlck's.
She Is dead, but I live on."
Wright, in a Chicago hotel, re-
'fused to discuss tho suit.
