Members of the association hint
that facts ana figures on decrease.
ana control pr miecttous aiseaaea
will be produced, that are startling.
The principal speaker of the eve

of Portland, secretary of the Oregon
Tuberculosis association, and pres

a practice to attend each annual
meeting of the association
Other speakers will include Dr.
C. S. Newsom, head of the Klamath

A Creek official coiumuniqa. ad

Bulgarian territory, but says the
move wan of "strategic necessity '
to prevent further incursions of Bul

From Sofia comes the word Ilia",

tirave Concern
The capitals of the neighboring
countries display gravest concern
over the outcome. A cabinet meet
ing was called in Belgrade, the
Jtigo-Slavlnn capital, and at Its con
clusion the situation was described
as most delicate and calculated to
cause "a terrible conflagration" if
the creeks advance continued.
An Athens dispatch this morning
said the Croon government had or
di t I its forces to halt their ad

against the Bulgarians unless there
wus a fresh attempt to attack them.
The Bulgarians wero suld to hav
evacuated the positions they held on
Creek territory.
