George Ager, a prominent Klam
ath sheep operator, was made a de
fendant in a suit for the recovery

Joaquin Healty company, owner of
considerable acreage near .Midland,
yesterday afternoon.
That Ager drove 12S0 sheep over
760 acres during the grain growini:

the California concern, is the claim
of the plaintiff.
The alleged damage to the land
took place between the months of
January and April of this year, tin
complaint states. The California land
