tivation, a syndicate of bankers an

Cultivation and development of
the properties, estimated to ho worth

through the Issuance of $25,000,000
in bonds during the first part of
next weok by the syndicate headed
by Pierce, Fair and Company, and
Blyth, Witter and Company.
The Miller and Lux company also
own 200,000 acres of uncultivated
