A south bound freight train was
just about ready to pull out and
S. P. Patrolman Charles Duggan
was scanning the box cars and the
rods underneath the cars, when a
suspicious movement caught his eye.
It was A. L. Carson, who tlrod of
logging In the Klamath country,
had bopped a freight this morning.
Carson was arrested and taken to
the sheriff's offico from where ho
was to have been taken before Jus
tice of the Peace Kendall this afternoon.

on' October 12, "The Pony Express."
