The circuit court will be called
upon to settle a dispute over $34.41.

has a suit been filed in circuit court
representing such a small sum.
The case is one brought against
Howard T. Smith by the State In
dustrial Accident Commission which
alleges that Smith failed to contrib
ute three and one quarter per cent
of the wages of his employes to the
state industrial accident commission.
