bids will be receivpd by the County
Court of Klamath County, at the
County Court House up to 2 o'clock-1
P. M. on Monday, the 21st day or
Sept., 1925, for the construction of
wire fence along the Rock Creek
Road from the East side of T. 38
S., R. 8 E., W. M., to the bridge over
Wocus Canal.
Separate bids will be received on
the following:

(2) Fir Braces
(3) Fencing wire and staples.
(4) Construction of tho fence.
Plans and specifications may be

gineer upon the deposit of five dol
lars (J5.00). said deposit will be re
