Sumutariied, the testimony taken
from tho witnesses, all but one of
whom aro and Were employed ut

ery, brought forth these statements:

Father of Klamath
Woman Passes Away
Mrs. C. L. Herrington of Ship-
pington. returned last night from
Oakland, where she went 'to bo at
the bedside of her father, who pass
ed away there Saturday morning
after an extended illness.
The father, John Patrick Hogan,
was 73 years old, and will be re
membered by scores of Klamath
people, having lived here off and
on for the past 35 years.
Mass was said at tne Little Sis
ters' church in Oakland on Mon
day morning and burial was at St.
Mary's cemetery.
Besides Mrs. Herrington, the de
ceased leaves two other daughters,
both residents of Klamath Falls.
They are Mrs. P. P. Vogcl and Mrs.
J. D. Upton. He is also survived by
two brothers and two sisters and
several grandchildren in Kansas.
