The Willys-Knight Has the Motor
This car which uses the world famous sleeve valve; motor has
an enviable reputation for luxury, lone; life and low upkeep.
Mighty-five per cent of the foreign cars are using this style of
motor at the present time. This would be true in our own
country if not for the fact that the exclusive patent rights are
owned by the Willys-Overland Co. If you are not familiar
with this engine come in and let us explai nit along with
hundreds of other good features which the Willys-Knight pos
sesses. Below are a few of the many recommendations given
this wonderful car.

Demand
IN the early ofays of the tele
phone, when the 1 6-mile cir
cuit from Boston to Salem wasthc
longest in existence, an old lady
visited the Roston exchange and
asked for a connection to Chicago
so she could talk witji her son.
The need for voicing thought
to far-away places hegan with
the nation's expanding activi
ties. Long heforc the telephone
art permitted it, long distance
service was demanded. 'A na
tional service was, from the.
heginning, the beacon of the
telephone's founders, and the
inspiration of the scientists and
engineers whose achievements
gradually overcame the -obstacles
to the transmission of human
speech.
These conquered, national
expansion has more and more
been made possible, and the
uncertainties of separation have
diminished. Today any com
munity in America can talk with
any other so promptly and satis
factorily that men have difficulty
in imagining a time when uni
versal service was an ideal yet to
be reached. , , ,
