The Blue Ribbon Canning Club met on Friday for the purpose of electing some new officers. Pauline Burnett and Mary Sevick were elect ed for the demonstrating team. The first prize - was awarded to Mary Sevick for the first to finisfi canning 20 quarts of fruit. Catherine Bur nett won first on vegetables. Their next meeting will be held at the home of Mrs. J. C.
