Mr. and Mrs.' II. W. Middleton of
Eureka, California are stopping at
the Midland hotel for the summer
months with Mrs. H. E. Royce. Mr.
and Mrs. Middleton have also been
visiting friends in San Francisco,
then turning through to Seattle,
Bellingham, Washington and Vic
toria, B. C. Mr. Fred Behberger of
Bellingham accompanied them to
Midland and will also spend the
summer.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Wright motored
to Ashland on Tuesday, where they
met their son and daughter, Leroy
and Charlotte. - Leroy has completed
his course ot study at the Oregon
Agriculture college at Corvallis.
Charlotte was among tho graduates
from Normal at Monmouth. Miss
Wright has been appointed teacher
ot the primary grades at Midland
for tho coming year.
