Thomas gave a history of the' de
linquencies and asked for a with
drawal or all these charges and a
reassessment, the repayment to be

classification was taken up by the
board. A. L. Wisliard appeared ob
jecting : to . tho placing of certain
lauds in tho Altamont Acres being
placed In Class 5. Mr. Wlshard
stated that It has been placed In
Class 1 and Class 2 by Boll Expert
Dixon and 'on' this basis' asked that
It be returned to these classes, '
