federal grand jury meets In Port
laud next month and It Is antici
pated that the charges against the

At' tho hearing this morning it
was found that ,thero was not suf
ficient evidence to bind over the
two men to tho federal grand jury
on a ebargo of transportation of In
toxicating liquor, so tho possession
charge was preferred.

tho suspension of Johnny Jones,
