Frank Ward and Daniel Weeks,
two full-blooded Klamath Indians,
are in the county jail today await
ing their trial before Justice of the
Peace R. C. Spink on tho com

The two men will go on trial
tomorrow. They 'were arrested by
Walter Huff, Indian officer, and
brought to Klamath Falls yesterday
